Очень светлая и чистая квартира, рядом магазины, кафе. Заселение и выезд все вовремя и четко. До моря пешком минут 10, по достаточно спокойной улочке

Disadvantages:

Вид из окна на такой же соседний дом. Я бы добавил телевизор в столовую, он только в спальне

Advantages:

Понравилось всё. Очень уютная, комфортная, оснащённая абсолютно всем необходимым, квартира с дизайнерским оформлением. Расположение отличное: море рядом, магазины, кафешки, столовые - всё в шаговой доступности. Вовремя заселили, предварительно позвонили, спросили, когда ждать) Да, залог 15 т.р., но это оправдано, есть за что. В общем, мы очень довольны.
