Уютный дом с садом, в пешей доступности от моря, в непосредственной близости от магазинов, на закрытой от посторонних авто улице. В доме две изолированные комнаты, в одной большая двуспальная кровать, во второй раскладной диван, отдельная кухня полностью оснащена всей кухонной техникой, включая варочную панель, духовой шкаф,, свч, холодильник, посудомоечную машину и кофемашину и всю требуемую посуду. На террасе большая столовая зона и зона отдыха, чуть в стороне, мангальная зона. Совсем рядом новая трасса, что позволит без пробок добраться до красной поляны, адлера, абхазии, в сочи лучше доехать на ласточке.
Мы принимаем гостей с животными за дополнительную плату, и за дополнительный расчёт при уборке.
