Апартаменты в Олимпийском парке с шикарным ремонтом. В номерах есть всё для хорошего отдыха, а именно: спальная комната, студия с кухней и душевая. Также в номерах есть телевизор, стиральная машинка, кондиционер, отопление, холодильник, чайник, посуда, индукционная плита, обеденный столик, раскладной диван и т. д.
На балконах есть столики, где можно покурить, попить кофе, ну или же просто посидеть и отдохнуть, также открывается вид на Олимпийский парк, горы, Сочи парк, особенно вечером можно наблюдать за поющими фонтанами.
Во дворе есть большой мангал и все приспособления — шампура, барбекю, также есть большая кухня со столешницей и большой стол возле мангала.
Вокруг есть много развлечений: аттракционы, Олимпийский парк, поющие фонтаны, набережная, продуктовые магазины, «Пятёрочка», круглосуточные минимаркеты, столовые, кафе и многое прочее.
До моря недалеко, всего 20 минут ходьбы пешком.
