Одни из номеров, в котором могу разместиться семьи из трех человек является - это студия комфорт без балкона. Для семей семьей из трех человек мы рады предложить нашу студию комфорт без балкона. В отеле имеется один такой номера, в котором мы рады предложить нашим гостям размещение в номере площадью 20 кв.м. Номер разделен на зону спальни и кухню.  Апартаменты имеют имеет вид на набережную реки Мзымта. В номере имеется 1 просторная двуспальная кровать, 1 кресло-кровать, которое, Вы можете убрать и тогда номер станет просторнее. Также имеются прикроватные тумбочки , телевизор с плоским экраном, кондиционер, письменный стол, гардероб.

Номер оборудована мини-кухня с холодильником, электрочайником, микроволновой печью, обеденным столом, набором посуды и раковиной.

Ванная комната номера оборудована душем, раковиной и санузла, а также для наших гостей имеются туалетные принадлежности, фен.
