В квартире сделан качественный ремонт, в одной комнате двуспальная кровать, во второй 2-е односпальные и одно спальное место на лоджии. В квартире установлены два кондиционера, стиральная машина, есть wi-fi. Проходя по платаново-пальмовой аллее вы сразу попадаете на пляж огонек, путь к морю займет не более 10 минут. В пешей доступности санаторий южное взморье и городской пляж чайка. Городской детский парк развлечений, кафе, магазины магнит и пятёрочка, остановки автобусов находятся рядом с домом. В квартире есть всё необходимое для комфортного проживания и отдыха. Проживание с животными разрешено. Желающих снять квартиру на 1-2 дня просьба не беспокоить.
