Advantages:

Рядом столовая, аптеки, рынок, магазин Перекресток, Сбербанк! До набережной реки Мзымта 10 минут.

Disadvantages:

Апартаменты хорошие, но, к сожалению все требует замены! Плитка электрическая старая, кондиционер трещит - тоже старый, да и не освежает 2 помещения; осадочек остался.... Так как дороговато берут, платили 5500 руб. За сутки, а отношение к гостям неуважительное!!!

Disadvantages:

При заселении вся посуда грязная, в туалеье и вкомнатах грязно не убранно,1 комплект постельного, куча минусов , цена занебесная качества ноль.
