Advantages:

Рядом с пляжем Чайка, автобусной остановкой, сбербанком. Легко доехать с/до аэропорта и ж/д вокзала. Пляж, магазины, кафе в шаговой доступности.

Disadvantages:

Постельное белье с чужими волосами.
