Advantages:

Квартира полностью соответствует фотографиям: современный качественный ремонт, новая мебель. Чисто, уютно, аккуратно. Есть абсолютно всё для комфортного отдыха.

Disadvantages:

Единственным недостатком можно назвать отсутствие центрального отопления. Теплый пол в кухне-гостиной и ванной комнате, в спальне либо отсутствует, либо не работает. Поскольку подогрев пола обеспечивается котлом, то шумит он постоянно. На ночь приходилось отключать, а утром становилось прохладно.

Спасибо за отзыв. Во всей квартире тёплый пол, по просьбе предыдущих гостей в спальне тёплый пол был отключён.
