Advantages:

Быстрое заселение. Все было заранее подготовлено. Расположение удобное, рядом есть все магазины, аптеки, остановки.

Disadvantages:

Постоянный запах сырости в ванной комнате. Улучшить там вытяжку не помешало бы точно. Полотенца просили менять сами. Ценник для данного жилья завышен. Проход через 3 калитки с кодовым замком, зачем - понять трудно, 2 калитки ещё было нормально.
