Advantages:

Чисто, уютно, есть шампунь и мыло в ванной! Чистые постели, работающий кондиционер. Приятные хозяева. 1 набор полотенец. До моря со скоростью 4х- летнего ребёнка минут 15, до аэропорта тоже пешком не проблема)

Disadvantages:

Да за эти деньги их нет) Но имейте в виду, прям над домом взлетают самолеты. Это громко. На кухне нет окон и проветривания, там душно и жарко.
