Advantages:

Достаточно свежий и приличный ремонт. Хорошая сантехника, мебель (кроме дивана). Присутствует минимальный налог столовых приборов и электрочайник и стиральная машина. Отличное расположение: до пляжа 5 минут, рестораны, столовые, рыночек - буквально во дворе. Рядом парк, остановка общественного транспорта и жд станция "Известия"

Disadvantages:

Номер очень тесный. Идеально для одного. Для двоих с не очень большим багажом - сойдет. Неудобный диван-раскладушка.
