Advantages:

Отлично расположение дома (нет шума от дороги, 3 минуты до моря, магазины и кафе в шаговой доступности). Отличный вид из всех окон и балкона. Чистая квартира без посторонних запахов.

Disadvantages:

Не помешал бы шкаф для одежды в гостиной.
