Есть бесплатная стоянка для жильцов, бассейн, столовая в 50 метрах, магазин «пятерочка» в 100 метрах, до остановки общественного транспорта 300 метров, до моря 700 метров.
В квартире ещё никто не жил, новый, свежий, только законченный ремонт, кухня, телевизор, холодильник, кондиционер, wi-fi, стиральная машинка, кровать, чайник, постельное бельё и полотенца, кухонная утварь, электрическая плита, в общем, есть всё необходимое для комфортного проживания!
Есть раскладная кровать как дополнительное место по надобности!!
