Со всеми удобствами: посудомоечная и стиральная машина, кондиционер, так же есть детская кроватка, стульчик для кормления, 2 телевизора.Большая двухспальная кровать и большой раскладной диван. Зелёный двор, детская площадка)
До моря 500 м идти 7-10 мин спокойным шагом. Рядом ТЦ Базар Апельсин, где можно купить самые свежие продукты, столовая; так же рядом: Магнит, Пятёрочка, Красное и Белое, столовая, парк аттракционов.
Вокзал в пешей доступности 10-15 минут, на ласточке можно с комфортом доехать до Красной поляны (поездов не слышно), до аэропорта 10 минут на такси, из окна можно наблюдать, как взлетают и идут на посадку самолёты - это очень красиво.
