Квартира находится в центре города, рядом центральный рынок, торговый центр, налоговая, администрация, банк, церковь, вообщем вся инфраструктура, до море 3 минуты пешком. Большая просьба звонить с 6 утра до 23: 00 по пустякам не беспокоить

Диван для двоих жестковат, туалет подтекает со стороны бочка, посуды на троечку, проблемы со входной дверью....

Идеальное расположение: пляж 8-10 мин пешком, рынок 3-5 мин, на 1-м этаже - кафе, в следующем здании - супермаркет (Магнит) и Сбербанк (если нужны наличные). Есть все необходимое для проживания, в целом неплохой бюджетный вариант
