Advantages:

Близкое расположение к морю, минут 10 пешком. Рядом аптеки, продуктовые магазины(в т.ч. Магнит), пункт СДЭК. Наличие бассейна и мест для загорания(нам очень понадобилось, т.к. море сильно штормило, купаться не пускали пару дней), гостеприимные хозяева(встретили в аэропорту и довезли обратно на ж/д вокзал за приемлимую плату). На кухне(что находится в отдельном помещении) есть всё необходимое для приготовления.
