Сдаётся часть дома в самом центре адлера с отдельным входом и своим двориком. До моря прогулочным шагом 5-7 мин ходьбы. Вся инфраструктура в пешей доступности - это сетевые продуктовые магазины через дорогу, адлерский центральный рынок (2 мин), столовая патиссон тоже через дорогу, сквер бестужева, тц мандарин, несколько детских развлекательных комплексов, тц плаза, кафе, рестораны, автобусные остановки в обе части города.. Пляжи чайка и мандарин - песчано-галечные.
Во дворике есть мангал и обеденная зона.
В доме комната - студия с диваном кроватью и небольшая отдельная спальня для детей с двухъярусной кроватью, что немаловажно для семей с детками.
На кухне варочная поверхность и все принадлежности для самостоятельного приготовления.
