Advantages:

Всё соответствует описанию! Подстроились под нас, по времени заселения и выезда, оч приятно, спасибо! Приезжали со своей машиной, так что проблем с тем, чтобы добраться до пляжа - не было (5-7 минут), а так знаем, что ходит городской автобус. Место тихое, никаких шумных мероприятий рядом не проходит, трассу не слышно. Единственное, например пешком от остановки или магазина придется подниматься по небольшому склону, хорошая физкультура =) Отдыхом довольны, все очень понравилось!
