Advantages:

Всё отлично. Удобное расположение. До моря, с момента закрытия входной двери, 2.5 минуты ходьбы. По вечерам музыка не мешает. Магазин, столовые, ларьки со всем необходимым в шаговой доступности. Стоянка для автомобилей бесплатная в 4 минутах ходьбы. По вечерам с местами есть сложности, но днём проблемы нет.
