Advantages:

Классные новые номера, теплый бассейн, вид со второго этажа на море)

Disadvantages:

Был сильный ветер весной, дуло от окна, холодный пол в прохладную погоду, нет пульта от кондиционера, видимо на тепло его нельзя включать
