Электричка 2 станции - «Адлер» и «Известия» в 20 минутах ходьбы от дома. До Олимпийского парка на такси или на машине 20 минут, до Красной Поляны 50 минут, центр Адлера 20 минут, центр Сочи 30 мин.

В курортном городке, до которого 20 мин пешком находятся Дельфинарий, Океанариум. А также очень много кафе и ресторанов, в которых очень вкусно и недорого готовят.
