Advantages:

Чистота общих зон, красивая терраса в цветах, пруд с лебедями и утками располагают к отдыху. Доброжелательность и внимательность управляющей Елены и помощницы Гули создают атмосферу заботы. Я удаленно работала, помогли мне создать удобное рабочее пространство. В комнате полное соответствие с фото. Рядом с ж/д вокзалом, Вайлдберриз, озон, магнит, удобное расположение.

Disadvantages:

Дом находится на горе, поэтому не совсем удобно ходить в гору, особенно пожилым. Единственный минус.
