Advantages:

Небольшая студия в отличной пешей доступности с вокзалом Адлер и морем. Нормальных магазинов и кафе поблизости мало, готовить дома можно на газовой плите. Есть Wi-Fi. Ремонт средний, пошарпанный. Окно красивое во всю стену, но плохо звукоизолировано: слышен гул самолётов, а с детской площадки — крики играющих детей. В доме есть консьержка.

Disadvantages:

Подушки жутко неудобные, так и не поняли, как на них спать после 4 проведенных ночей) По чистоте вопросов не было, но не предупредили о наличии тараканов в доме. Насекомые заползали в ванную и на кухню. Хозяйка пожала плечами, сказав, что внизу их травили, но о проблеме не было известно. В ванной нашли средство от тараканов.. На долгий срок оставаться не совсем комфортно.
