Advantages:

В доме чисто. Хозяйка приятная, заселила как только приехали, несмотря на то, что было уже поздно. До моря близко, рядом несколько столовых, где можно вкусно поесть.

Advantages:

Соотношение цена-качество и удобство заселения. На небольшой срок жилье сгодится. На кухне есть всё необходимое.

Disadvantages:

Небольшой запах присутствует от 1го этажа, необходимо проветрить.
