Рядом с домом несколько кафе, магазин, автобусная остановка. В шаговой доступности рынок "апельсин", парк детских аттракционов, концертный зал санатория "южное взморье". Пешком до ж/д вокзала 5 минут по набережной, что позволяет без пробок за 30 минут доехать до центра сочи и красной поляны, за 10 минут - до олимпийского парка. Приезжайте, будем вам очень рады!

Advantages:

В целом хороший вариант для отдыха, очень близко к морю! Из минусов можно отметить разве что отсутствие морозильной камеры, кому не критично, можете смело бронировать)
