Дом находится в 15 минут ходьбы от моря. В шаговой доступности: парковка, магазины, трц Мандарин, трц Плаза, тц Новый Век, центральный Адлерский рынок, столовые, рестораны, пляжи, парки развлечений, детская площадка.
Техника: кондиционер, холодильник, электрическая плита, микроволновая печь, фен, утюг, стиральная машинка, телевизор.
Также: гладильная доска, набор посуды, полотенца, постельное белье, шампунь и гель для душа.
Проживание с животными запрещено. Курение внутри дома запрещено, для этого есть веранда.
Условия заселения: заселение происходит по договоренности. Максимальное количество проживающий - 6 человек (включая детей). 2 спальные комнаты. При заезде вносится депозит, при выезде деньги возвращаются, при условии, если ничего не испорчено. Минимальный срок аренды - от 4 суток.
