Место отличное. Вид на море класс. Чистенько и аккуратно. Шум от самолетов не слышен, очень хорошая шумоизоляция. До пляжа 10 минут. Внизу есть хорошее кафе «Друзья», пятёрочка прям в здании, шашлыки и фрукты в 2 шагах. До аптеки тоже не далеко.
