В отличном месторасположении, до Олимпийского парка 5 мин., Адлер-центр 1 км, Красная Поляна 35 км, Сочи 35 км. Магазины «Магнит», «Пятёрочка». До пляжа 15 мин. пешком, либо 3 мин. на машине, и вы на самом лучшем пляже города «Огонёк». Сделан новый ремонт! Заезд после 15:00, выезд до 12:00. Сдается от 5 суток. При заезде берётся залог в размере 10 тыс. рублей, возвращается при выезде.

Всё зависит от количества человек и месяца.
