Удобно добираться до Красной поляны (40 минут на электричке или 1 час на автобусе), центра Сочи (40 минут на автобусе), олимпийского парка. Рядом остановка общественного транспорта (2 минуты), магазины "Магнит», «Пятёрочка», "Перекрёсток", в 5-ти минутах столовая, детская площадка, до моря 15 минут пешком.
В квартире есть все необходимое: постельные принадлежности, полностью оборудованная кухня, холодильник, микроволновка, стиральная машина, сплит система, ж. к. телевизор (подключен триколор), 2-х спальная кровать и 2 раскладных дивана: двуспальный (150х200) и односпальный (80х190), шкафы для хранения, утюг, гладильная доска, пылесос, сушилка для белья, wi-fi.
