Advantages:

Расположение, близко к курортномному городку, 2 этаж в доме, пожалуй и все

Disadvantages:

Подушки с комками. Диван, который раскладывается очень жёсткий, отсутствие москитной сетки на окнах, мало столовой посуды. Вещи владелицы (стиральная машина и кушетка для массажа в сложенном виде, которые находятся в номере).
