Advantages:

Очень хорошее расположение. Все рядом: магазины, аптека, столовая и конечно море. Удобно пользоваться общественным транспортом для небольших поездок по городу. Улица Ленина и прилежащие с большим количеством зелени, что располагает к пешим прогулкам. Рекомендую

Disadvantages:

Наверное маленький минус- необходим техобслуживание кондиционера.
