в квартире есть все необходимое, соседей не слышно. расположение отличное - все в шаговой доступности и в стороне от дороги и жд путей

Disadvantages:

единственный недостаток - новый дом, каждый день сверлят/долбят и всем пофигист что есть тихие часы
