Advantages:

Расположение. Близость моря. Наличие кухни. Рядом приличная столовая. Номер маленький, но на одну ночь больше и не надо.

Disadvantages:

Впервые столкнулись, что мусор за собой надо выносить самим. Наверное, когда проживаешь долго - это естественно. А вот когда останавливаешься на одну ночь и за тобой убирают комнату, почему бы и мусор не убрать.
