Advantages:

Современная новостройка. Бесконтактное заселение. Квартира небольшая, но очень уютная. Есть абсолютно все для проживания. Халаты, полотенца, постельное белье. Вся техника в рабочем состоянии. В ванной комнате тёплые полы. Шампунь, гель для душа и тп. Средство для мытья посуды, губка, тряпка, кухонное полотенце. Фото соответствует. Рядом много магазинов. Банкомат Тинькофф в Перекрёстке. Магнит, пятёрочка, КБ, и местные магазины. Рядом 2 столовые. Нам все понравилось. Спасибо. Хозяйка была на связи через вайбер.
