Advantages:

Хорошее расположение: вся улица в маленьких магазинчиках и кафешках, вечером всё это в подсветке, играет музыка, еда на любой вкус, пешеходная зона, можно гулять не один вечер. Комната простая, "уставшая", но чистая. Для людей неприхотливых самое то за такую цену. Спали без "задних ног". Своё кафе на первом этаже. Неплохие комплексные завтраки ( остальное не пробовали) по цене 150 р.

Disadvantages:

Комната не соответствовала фотографии от слова совсем, за исключением того, что это мансардный этаж. Неплохо-бы вставить лампы вместо перегоревших.
