Advantages:

Всё здорово. Сравнительно недалеко от аэропорта. Транспорт, магазины, море рядом. Техника и сантехника рабочие, полотенца и постель чистые. Хозяева доброжелательные.

Disadvantages:

Единственный маленький минус - немного шумно от шоссе ближайшего. Но в плане расположения остановок транспорта это скорее плюс.
