Дом находится в тупиковой улице, в зелёном массиве, где поют птички и живут белочки.
В квартире находится всё, что необходимо для комфортного проживания.
В пешей доступности море, магазины, рестораны, бары, аттракционы, почта, остановки общественного транспорта в сторону Сочи, в центр Адлера, Красной поляны, олимпийского парка, жд вокзала и аэропорта. А самое главное, это единственный в Адлере, зеленый парк, с кавказскими соснами и елями, кипарисами и пальмами.
