Квартира оснащена мебелью, бытовой техникой. Есть интернет. В непосредственной близости море (5 минут ходьбы), автобусная остановка (автобусы в сочи, центр адлера и т. д. ), жд вокзал (на скоростной "ласточке" можно быстро и без пробок добраться до красной поляны и сочи), магазины ("магнит", "пятерочка", круглосуточный), рынок, курортный городок (дельфинарий, океанариум и т. д. ). Рядом с домом кафе-столовая вагонного депо (кормят вкусно и недорого). Дом находится вдали от шумной проезжей части дороги. Рядом с домом тихий дворик.
На одни сутки не заселяем, аренда от трёх суток.
Заезд 14. 00, отъезд - 12. 00.
Предоставляется услуга раннего заселения и позднего отъезда за отдельную плату.
