Advantages:

В пик сезона удалось забронировать номер за сутки. Недорого.

Disadvantages:

Все ушатано! Парковка тесная, хрен заедешь и выедешь. В общем отдыхать в таком номере не приведи господь. На ночь, как мы, потянет
